Specification | Main tasks 1. Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with the University requirements as well as relevant legislation 2. Provide HR services to management and employees within the allocated sector 3. Requirements | Minimum Qualification/ Knowledge and/or Experience •Three-year qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology •At least three years’ experience in a generalist HR environment •Working knowledge of an HR administration system •Working knowledge of applicable South African Labour Legislation Desired Qualification, Knowledge and/or Experience •A Post graduate studies in Human Resources or equivalent •At least five years’ experience in a generalist HR environment •Registration with SABPP Terms and Conditions •Candidates will be recruited and appointed in accordance with the Employment Equity and Affirmative Action Programmes of the Central University of Technology, Free State. •The Central University of Technology, Free State reserves the right to conduct/employ a third party to conduct a background investigation in respect of all short-listed candidates. •Correspondence will be limited to short listed candidates only.
