Main purpose of the job
To provide specialist employee relations services.
1. Implement Employee Relations policies and procedures in compliance with the University requirements as well as current legislation2. Provide a specialist Employee Relations service
3. Provide Employee Relations administrative service4. Provide ER reports

Minimum Qualification/ Knowledge and/or Experience
•Human Resources 3-year degree, Diploma in Labour Law or Equivalent qualification
•3 years’ experience in employee relations
•Working knowledge of BCEA, EEA, LRA and H&S Act & other related statutes.
•Working knowledge of an HR administration system.
Desired Qualification/ Knowledge and/or Experience
•Post Graduate Diploma Labour Law
•Working knowledge of ITS would be an added advantage.
